Free Shipping *
ToysEtc.com provides Free Ground Shipping within the continental United States on all orders over $99.00.* A charge of $9.95 is added to all orders less than $99.00.

Expedited Shipping
ToysEtc.com provides expedited shipping (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select) for an additional charge. The additional charge is provided to you at the time of check out.  After the order has been placed we cannot change the shipping method selected.

Backorders
Some items may be temporarily unavailable. While our goal is to deliver your order quickly, it is occasionally necessary to backorder items. If an item is unavailable you will be notified via email and we will release your backorder as soon as we have new stock.

Turnaround Time
ToysEtc.com provides several shipping options on your order. We process all orders within one business day. Once your order has been processed, your order will be shipped directly from our warehouse.

Delivery Confirmation
ToysEtc.com will provide you with an estimated delivery date from the carrier within 48 hours of receiving your order. All orders are confirmed via email after the checkout process is complete.

Shipping Methods
ToysEtc.com primarily ships via the United Parcel Service (UPS). However, it may be necessary to substitute the US Postal Service, Federal Express or another carrier. ToysEtc.com reserves the option to choose a shipping method other than UPS that will provide comparable or better delivery times. Sometimes this is necessary for various reasons, however if you chose an expedited shipping method, the alternate method will be comparable.
