100% Satisfaction
We want every customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase and the service
we provide. If at any time in the next 30 days you are NOT 100% satisfied, you
may send your purchase back for a refund or store credit for the price paid for
the merchandise (minus what you paid for shipping), or you may exchange it for
another item in our catalog.
Errors and Defects
In the unlikely event that we've made an error with your order or the product is
defective, please contact us on our contact page http://www.toysetc.com/contactus.html
so we can correct the issue. In
cases involving defective merchandise, we may have a replacement shipped direct
from the manufacturer, so it's important that you contact us first before
returning it.
Important Notes About Returns & Exchanges
We do not refund delivery charges for returns or exchanges. The customer is
responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with an exchange. If
merchandise is returned in "as-new" condition within 30 days of
purchase, a credit (minus what you paid for shipping) will be issued to the
original credit card used on the order or you can also elect to receive store
credit. If merchandise is opened and/or unable to be resold, a store credit will
be issued in the form of a store credit provided return authorization is
provided. All returns & exchanges MUST include a valid RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) number issued by ToysEtc.com. See below for complete
instructions.
